Step 1: File Request Settings
To create a File Request designate a name, the sender which will appear in the email, select an email group or just fill in the email below.
The intuitive message composition area allows for personalized message if you'd like.
Step 2: Choose Schedule
Next you can define the
frequency and duration of their file requests.
Options to set a request as a one-time
event, or to occur on a weekly or monthly basis are available.
Step 3: Specify the files you need
Now, just specify which files you need.
You can define their name, description and types, such as 'pdf' for documents or 'xlsx'
spreadsheets and many other.
This area ensures no other types of files will be uploaded by the recipients.
Done! You File Request is created
Now you can quickly ascertain the status of your file request, track the number of
emails and files involved, and monitor their progress.
Details such as submission dates, and completion status are neatly organized, offering
insights at a glance.
Once they are uploaded, you can download them all in one click!
